Terms & Conditions for Airport Pickup Service

1. Booking & Confirmation

• Airport pickup services must be booked in advance.
• Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the details of your pickup, including the driver's contact information and estimated time of arrival.

Pickup Location & Time

• The driver will meet you at the Ngurah Rai Airport arrival hall, at the designated meeting point. A sign with your name will be displayed for easy identification.
• The driver will wait for a maximum of [ 2 Hours ] minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If you are delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. If no notification is received, a no-show fee may apply.

Flight Delays

• In case of flight delays, the pickup time will be adjusted according to the new arrival time. Please ensure you provide your flight details when booking to allow for tracking of delays.
• If the flight is canceled or diverted, please inform us immediately to reschedule or cancel the service.

Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellations must be made at least [1 day ] prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Modifications to the booking (e.g., changes in flight details, pickup time, or location) must be made at least [ 1 day ] prior to the scheduled time.

Health & Safety

• Passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times during the transfer.
• The driver will ensure a safe and comfortable journey, but is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the transfer.

Liability

• We are not responsible for any delays or issues that arise from factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or airport procedures.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal items during the transfer.

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
