1. Booking & Confirmation

• Advance reservations are required and subject to availability.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the trip will receive a full refund.
• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.
• In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded.

1. Safety & Responsibility

• Guests must follow the crew’s safety instructions.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Participation is at the guest’s own risk, and the company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions during the trip.

1. Catch Policy

• Guests may keep or release their catch (subject to local fishing regulations).
• Certain species are protected and must be released immediately.

1. Children & Age Restrictions

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Trip Maximal 3 Persons
• The trip may not be suitable for infants or pregnant women.

1. Additional Information

• Guests are advised to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a waterproof bag.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed during the trip.
• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip due to weather conditions or safety concerns.
