Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment

• Advance booking is required (minimum 1 day before).
• Full payment or deposit may be requested to secure the booking.

1. Participant Requirements

• Minimum 2 participants per trip.
• Guests must be in good health and comfortable in the water.
• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

1. Snorkeling Activity

• Snorkeling locations (Manta Point, Wall Point, Gamat Bay, Crystal Bay) are subject to sea conditions and safety assessments by the captain.
• Sightings of manta rays or marine life are not guaranteed, as they depend on natural conditions.
• Safety equipment (life jackets, snorkeling gear) is provided and must be used as instructed.

1. Transport & Timing

• Return hotel–harbor–hotel transfers are included within designated areas. Additional charges may apply for remote locations.
• Pick-up and departure times will be confirmed upon booking.

1. Massage Service

• The 60-minute Balinese massage is scheduled after the snorkeling trip, subject to availability.
• Non-transferable and must be used on the same day of the package.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
• If the trip is canceled by the operator due to weather or safety concerns, guests may reschedule or request a refund.

1. Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for personal loss, damage, or injury beyond the provided insurance coverage.
• Guests are advised to secure personal travel insurance.

Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
